Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They book as guests from your link or QR, with nothing to install. You can install AlPelo as an app (PWA) on your phone and PC.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
AlPelo prepares an automatic reminder before each appointment with the lead time you choose, which cuts no-shows.
Can I export my data for my accountant?
Yes. The till exports revenue and expenses to Excel and PDF so you can hand them over as-is.
Is there any lock-in?
No. You can leave whenever you want and download your data.
